The ProteanFect Transfection Kit is shipped on dry ice and should be stored at -20°C until use. The kit includes positive control samples, such as mEFP and plasmid DNA (pDNA) encoding green fluorescent protein (EGFP). After opening, to ensure optimal performance, the components must be stored in the conditions specified in the table below.
Element | Storage |
---|---|
Reagent A | 2-8°C (Store at 2-8°C after opening) |
Reagent B | -20°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing) |
EGFP mRNA (1 μg / μL) | -20°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing) |
EGFP pDNA (0.5 μg / μL) | -20°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing) |
Transported on Dry Ice
